Shipping of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 1 day of receipt of the order and are sent by express courier with tracking and delivery with signature. Whatever shipping choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. The shipping costs are borne by us. The package will be shipped with special attention to the protection of fragile items. The boxes are widely sized and the items are well protected.
We ask you to always check the status of the packaging when you receive the goods.
A damaged, dented or wet package will impair the proper functioning of the item contained.
ALWAYS MAKE YOUR RESERVATION OF CONTROL ON THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT AND ALWAYS GIVE A COPY TO THE COURIER.
Our company does not assume the burden of refunding or replacing damaged parts during transportation if the customer does not put their reservation on the courier receipt.
Returned
The goods purchased must be returned in the same conditions of receipt, provided with the original packaging (intact and complete in all their parts as considered integral parts of the goods), manuals, accessories, parts, keys and everything that was supplied, without any fault.
The consumer shall be liable only for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In the event that the asset is evidently used because of its use, such as to suffer a consequent commercial devaluation when it is re-marketed in the state of "used product", there will be a possible reduction in the value refunded. Same thing also in the case of lack of original packaging or its integrity. To limit damage to the original packaging, we suggest, when necessary, to insert it in a second box, avoiding in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.
The customer will request the return to info@tosaerbasigma.it within 14 days of notice of withdrawal. The shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer.
The goods, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, travel under your responsibility, it is therefore recommended to insure the shipment against theft, loss or transport damage (for which we assume no liability in the return transport).
